I ask one of my parents to take a dab of balm. Or, if no-one has the time and I’m already grown up, I place it in the palm of my hand so that I can practise a self-massage (yes, that works too). Next, warm the balm well between your two hands, then start to spread it all over my body using circular movements. Concentrate on the areas you want to relieve, which are often the most tense.
