The repellent effectiveness of Mousticool against mosquitoes has been proven by the arm in cage test!
This test assesses the repellent effectiveness of a product in accordance with WHO recommendations. Every hour, an arm covered in lotion is inserted into a cage containing female mosquitoes. The number of attempted bites was counted over a period of 3 minutes. The percentage of protection indicates the reduction in the number of attempted bites compared with the untreated arm.

When the mosquitoes are around, I shake the bottle and spray the lotion onto my skin. Massage it in. Don’t forget to put some on my neck and behind my ears. For better protection, I reapply every 2 hours. Do not apply to the face.
Mousticool is easy to apply, thanks to its film-forming properties, in the same way as a sun care product or a moisturising body cream. It’s important that it covers the entire surface of exposed skin because, unlike traditional mosquito repellents, it doesn’t kill mosquitoes but deters them from landing on the skin and biting protected areas!
